P.S.GUDIMALKAPUR ARRESTED BIKE THEFT OFFENDER
Crime No. 95/2025 U/s 303(2) BNS of P.S.GUDIMALKAPUR.
ACCUSED DETAILS:
A-1) Mohd. Sikender Khan, S/o. Late. Mohd Sayeed Khan (Absconding)
A-2). Amer Khan S/o Amjad Khan Age:25 years, Occ: Bike Mechanic R/o
H.no:13-1-1234/24A, Sarwar Nagar, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad. (A-2 Arrested on
05-06-2025 at 1145 hours and being produced before the Hon’ble Court
for his judicial remand.)
FACTS:
The facts of the case are that on 06-05-2025 at 1800 hrs received English
written complaint from Sri Patalavath Kumar S/o Patalavath Kishan Age: 29,
Occ: Driver, R/o: 6-3, Devinigutta thanda, Peddarevelly, Mahabubnagar. Has
submitted he Irk his livelihood by doing auto driving, Further he submit that on
03-05-2025 at about 03:30 AM he came to Gudimalkapur market for selling the
flowers then he parked his Auto bearing no: TG06T0517, Chassis no:
MD2B45AX2RWA07464, Engine no: BBXWRA81129 in the parking area of flower
market and went to market for selling the flowers. After completion of his work at
about 05:30 AM. He came to parking area and shocked to see that his Auto was
missing from the parking area, he searched in all possible places but in vain in
this regard he requested the kind officer to take necessary action as per law.
Based on the complaint, a case was registered at Gudimalkapur Police
Station as Crime No. 95/2025 U/sec 303(2) BNS and took up investigation.
CLUES:
On 05.06.2025 at around 1000 hours, on supervision of Sri. B.raju
inspector of police, Sri P. Raghvendra, D.I PS Gudimalkapur, Hyd and Sri K.
Mahabub Basha, DSI of PS Gudimalkapur along with the Crime Staff of PS
Gudimalkapur, was patrolling near Rethi Bowli x road. During the patrolling,
they noticed a person moving suspiciously. When they questioned him, he tried to
escape from the spot. However, with the help of the Crime Staff of PS
Gudimalkapur, he was caught at a short distance and brought to the police
station. Upon thorough interrogation, he revealed his name as Amer Khan S/o
Amjad Khan Age:25 years, Occ: Bike Mechanic R/o H.no:13-1-1234/24A, Sarwar
Nagar, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad
and confessed to committing this offence and also multiple bike thefts in
the limits of various police stations. The Gudimalkapur Police has recovered 7
stolen bikes and an auto the details of which are as follows

MODUS OPERNDI:
The bike thief, A-1 Main Leader (Absconding) and Amer Khan, targets busy and
crowded places to steal motorcycles during night times. He usually visits locations
along with juvenile boys such as colonies, residential areas, and even areas outside
wine shops and bars. A-1 (absconding) along with boy juveniles uses a duplicate
master key to unlock and steal bikes, which he then sells to needy individuals at very
low prices to fund his bad habits, such as consuming g***a, toddy, and ci******es. He
has been committing these thefts in various areas, especially within the jurisdiction of
the Police Station Gudimalkapur and Tri commissionerate
