Is this you? If yes, pause right away and follow these five steps to pivot your thoughts before getting drowned:

1. Identify Your Thoughts: 🤔
Gaze at the metaphorical stars within your mind. Ask yourself, "What am I thinking?" Acknowledge the thoughts swirling like celestial bodies, gaining awareness of their presence. 🌠

2. Trace the Origin:🔍
Navigate the mental constellations to understand where these thoughts originated. Reflect on the triggers or events that led to these negative emotions, much like tracing the origins of distant stars in the night sky. 🚀

3. Separate Facts from Interpretations: ✅
Amidst the cosmic thoughts, challenge their accuracy. Distinguish between facts and interpretations. Negative thoughts, like clouds obscuring stars, often arise from assumptions rather than concrete realities. Ask, "What are the facts in this mental galaxy?" ☁️

4. Explore Options:↔️
Expand your mental horizon by considering alternative interpretations and responses. Ask yourself, "What options do I have now?" This cosmic contemplation opens the door to constructive solutions, breaking the cycle of negativity. 🌌

5. Make an Action Plan:📝
Harness the cosmic energy to make a decision or create an action plan. Whether it's reframing your thoughts, seeking support, or taking positive actions, implement steps to eradicate the negative thought and let the stars guide you to a more positive outlook. 🌈

In the vastness of your thoughts, you hold the cosmic brush to paint your mental landscape. Cultivate a celestial garden of positivity, allowing the brilliance of uplifting thoughts to outshine the transient clouds of negativity. 🌟
