The complete and final rehearsal of the Independence day parade at Golconda fort, Hyderabad. All bureaucrats including IPS and IAS officers took part in the parade rehearsal. Preparations for Kazipet Dargah Urs-E-Shareef festival.

Hanumakonda, August 13, 2025 — The Kazipet Dargah Festival (Urs-E-Shareef of Hazrat Syed Shah Ghulam Afzal Biyabani R.A.) will be held from 17th to 23rd August in Hanumakonda District, Telangana. A high-level coordination meeting, chaired by Shri A. Venkat Reddy, Additional District Collector, reviewed arrangements, facilities, and safety measures for devotees, with special focus on peak days — 21st August (Gandham) and 22nd August (Urs).

The meeting emphasized adequate provisions for drinking water, sanitation, lighting, parking, and medical aid to ensure the smooth conduct of the event.

The meeting was attended by Mrs. Gundu Sudharani, Mayor, GWMC; Mrs. Chahat Bajpai, Commissioner, GWMC; Janab Khusro Pasha Saheb, Sajjada of Dargah and Chairman, Telangana State Haj Committee; Shri K.A. Ghouse Haider, District Minorities Welfare Officer; and other senior officials.
