*Date: April 14, 2026 (Tuesday): Today, the Deputy Commissioner of Police , Rajendranagar Zone, Sri S. Srinivas, IPS, conducted a surprise visit and inspection of the Mailardevpally Police Station. During the inspection, he personally reviewed the following:*
• He enquired about the behavior of the receptionist towards the complainants visiting the station and inspected the maintenance of the various duty registers.
• He thoroughly examined the infrastructure and the basic facilities being provided to the citizens within the police station premises.
• The DCP directly interacted with the victims present at the station to understand how the officers were responding to their grievances and to track the progress of their cases.
• After patiently listening to their issues, he provided them with a strong assurance that justice would be served as per the law. He further directed the station staff to be constantly available to the public and maintain transparency in their services.
The inspection was conducted in the presence of Mailardevpally SHO Satyanarayana, DI Maqsood Ali, SIP Vishwanath Reddy, ASI Lalya Nayak, and other police personnel.
