Day 8/30 of getting my life back together.
I wasn’t feeling well for the last 2 days. So I took today very slow. And the day being a weekend helped. I made some low calorie gajar ka halwa with just 5 ml ghee, sugar free and skimmed milk. It turned out so goodđź¤. I also had some iced coffee after very long. I didn’t wanna go to the gym today so I completed my 10k steps at home on my walk pad.
