Day 8/30 of getting my life back together.
I wasn’t feeling well for the last 2 days. So I took today very slow. And the day being a weekend helped. I made some low calorie gajar ka halwa with just 5 ml ghee, sugar free and skimmed milk. It turned out so good🤭. I also had some iced coffee after very long. I didn’t wanna go to the gym today so I completed my 10k steps at home on my walk pad.

Day 3/30 of getting my life back together
Today I recorded my typical what I eat in a day as I was working from home. My cook didi finally arrived and I had a lot of load off my head for cooking. I had my morning matcha followed by a heavy breakfast of guacamole, eggs and pomegranate. For lunch, I had asked my cook didi to stir fry some tofu from and bell pepper. Had it some with cucumber and caroot(chopped) and it was a very fulfilling lunch. For dinner, after my workout, I had 100 gms of rice, 125 gms of cooked green moong dal, 150 gms of airfried chicken breast and some leftover salad.
