ARREST OF EIGHT ACCUSED PERSONS IN MURDER CASE
1) Cr.No. 187/2023 U/sec 302, 348, 364-A, 386, 506 r/w 34 IPC of IS Sadan PS.
The Police of IS Sadan Police Station, Santosh Nagar Division, South East Zone, Hyderabad arrested Eight accused persons i.e. Al to A6, A8, A9 on 21.09.2023 at 14.30 hours who kidnapped the deceased Md Rizwan and beaten him brutally, due to injuries he was admitted in Hospital and while undergoing treatment he was died.
Particular of Deceased: Md. Rizwan S/o Md Afzal, age: 30 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o.17-1-182/75/16/1, Banu Nagar, Santoshnagar, Hyderabad.
Date & Place of occurrence: On 11-09-2023 at about 15.00 hrs kidnapped the deceased Rizwan from Redaan Hotel, Banu Nagar and kept & beaten him brutally at Moghul apartment, AC Guard, Bazarghat, Nampally, Hyderabad.

A2- Mohammed Saleem S/o Late Mohammed Sadiq Ali, age: 40 yrs, Occ: Cab Driver, R/o H. No. 9-4-4/A/24, NSF Colony, Hakeempet, Tolichowki,
Hyderabad. N/o- 9-4-4/A/24, NSF Colony, Hakeempet, Tolichowki, Hyderabad.
A3- Khaja Fareed Uddin Qadri @ Chor Fareed S/o Khaja Nayeemuddin, Age:
24 years, Occ: Nil, R/o H.No.10-2-54/A/1/3, 'A' Battery Line, Lakshminagar,
Nampally, Hyderabad (Previously involved in 18 criminal cases and his Rowdy Sheet maintained at Nampally PS and earlier he was invoked under PD act) A4- Mohammed Fahad Khan S/o Mohammed Shahyar Khan, Age: 31yrs, Occ: IT employee at Google, R/o. H.No-11-3-637 Moghul Mascot Appartments, Opp Income Tax Towers, Lakdikapool, Hyderabad
A5- Dappula Hari Prasad @ Babloo s/o D Bindu Prasad, age: 28 yrs, Occ: Shoe Maker, R/o H.No. 10-2-131, Lakshmi Nagar, A Battery Line, Near Mallepally ITI, Hyderabad (Previously involved in 04 criminal cases and his Rowdy Sheet maintained at Nampally PS)
A6- Gulam Mohammed Khan @ Shahed S/o Gulam Ahmed Khan, Age: 29yrs, Occ: DJ player, R/o Plot # 36/B, Kohinoor Enclave, Alkapur, Towlichowki, Hyderabad. (Previously involved in one criminal case)
A8- Mohammed Abdul Rahman S/o Mohammed Abdul Aziz, Age: 33yrs, Occ: Glass Work, R/o H.No:9-4-57/B/2/A, Pyaramount Gate # 3, Hakeempet

Motive and Involvement of accused persons:-
Deceased took about 33 lakhs amount from A2 in various occasions and did not return the same, due to which A2 ask his brother in law/A1 and nephew/A3 to recover his money from the deceased/Rizwan. So as per the instruction of A1, A2 kidnapped the deceased from his house and brought him by his car to his office at Bazaarghat, where A3, A5, A4, A6, A7 have enquired with deceased Rizwan and demanded him to refund the money given by A2, but the deceased did not reveal about the money where he invested on that they have beaten him with sticks on his legs severely, later they took the deceased to the Cellar of Apartment of A4, situated at AC Guards, Moghal Moscot Apartments, Nampally, Hyderabad, where they confined him on the night of 11/09/2023. In the evening hours, A2 had made phone call to A9 and on the same day A9 along with A8 came to Bazaarghat to the said place. They have further enquired with Rizwan/deceased to arrange money at any cost, but Rizwan started abusing them due to his attitude, A9 and A8 have also beaten Rizwan with hands, and later they both left the place. On the night of 12/09/2023, on Al's instructions, A2, A4 and A6 have took Rizwan to his house by A2 car, where A3 and A5 folowed them on bike and later in the late night they brought Rizwan back to the same place. Late on 13/9/2023 as per the instructions of A1, father of Rizwan have transferred an amount of Rs.1 lakhs through online in Al's account and another one lakh transferred an amount of Rs.1 lakh to Naveen Goud account through phonepe. Having received Rs.2 lakhs, and on the assurance of further payment within two days, they have released Rizwan to go home. After that Rizwan was hospitalized due to injuries caused by the accused persons, and thereafter on 18/9/2023 Rizwan was died.
While investigation is on progress the accused persons were aprehended and brought to IS Sadan Police Station and they were thoroughly interrogated during their confession they pleaded their guilt of offence. They were being produced before the Hon'ble Court.
The case has been closely supervised by Sri Ch. Rupesh, IPS, Dy Commissioner of Police, South East Zone, Sri G. Manohar, Addl. DCP, South East Zone, and under the guidance of Sri Mohammaed Ghouse, ACP, Santosh nagar. Hyderabad and being investigated by Sri S. Mallesh, Inspector of Police with the assistance of Sri N. Saidaiah, Addl. Inspector and Sri M. Mahesh, Sub-Inspector of Police, and other staff of IS Sadan PS, Hyderabad.
