NABBED DOCOITY GANG –08 HELD
DETECTED DOCITY CASE OF TRIMULGHERRY PS,
The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone team nabbed DACOITY Gang consisting Eight accused persons in which one female,wherein the dacoit gang have conspired together, five accused persons in which three persons wearing masks & one female wearing burkha,entered into the house of complainant Smt. Shamsunnisa W/o.Shahnawaz,Age: 35 yrs,R/o.H.No. 3-10-38, near Football ground,Trimulgherry, Secunderabad by knocking the door, they enquired about her husband Shahnawaz, closed their mouth with plastic tape and tied hands and legs of complainant and her Mother-In-Law by name Iqbal Begum,aged about 65 yrs with the cell tape, they robbed gold & silver ornaments from them and also searched the house, decamped with property i.e 3 tulas gold, 45 tulas silver ornaments on 01-10-2018.

A2. Syed Mujeeb S/o.late Syed Yahiya, age. 30 yrs, Occ. Auto driver R/o. Bachupally,Nizampet road, R.R.Dist ( Younger brother of A1 )
A3.Shaik Abdul Saleem @ Sameer @ Sami S/o.Shaik Abdul Aleem, age. 29 yrs,Occ.Cab driver R/o.Road no.10, Banjara Hills,Jahara Nagar,Hyd,N/o. Nasabgadda,Sanagareddy Town. (Associate of A2 & Car owner TS09UA-9855 )
A4.Mohd Imran S/o.Khaja Miya, age.24 yrs,Occ.Two wheeler puncture shop R/o.
A5. Mohd.Ismail S/o. late Mohd Khaja , age. 36 yrs, Occ Bangle seller R/o. Uppar Bazar,Sanga Reddy.

BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE:-
01-10-2018 at about 1100 hrs five accused persons in which three persons wearing masks & one female wearing burkha, entered into the house of complainant Smt, Shamsunnisa W/o.Shahnawaz,Age: 35 yrs, R/o.H.No.3-10-38, near Football ground, Trimulgherry, Secunderabad by knocking the door, they enquired about her husband Shahnawaz,closed their mouth with plastic tape and tied hands and legs of complainant and her Mother-In-Law by name Iqbal Begum,aged about 65 yrs with the cell tape,they robbed gold & silver ornaments from them and also searched the house, decamped with property i.e 3 tulas gold,45 tulas silver ornaments.
On 02-10-2018 the victim by name Iqbal Begum, Age 65 yrs expired.
MODUS OPERANDI:-
The accused A1 Syed Jameel is son in law of deceased.He is an Auto driver, resident of Chilkalguda, having huge debts, facing financial problems to clear his debts and to spend lavish life hatched a plan to gain easy money to commit theft of Gold, silver and net cash from his Mother-In-Law’s (Smt. Iqbal Begum, Age 65 yrs) residence, situated at Trimulgherry where predicting that his mother- in- law’s family having huge money and gold in their house. Few days back the main accused explained dacoity plan to his younger brother Syed Mujeeb(A2) R/o. Bachupally who is having previous criminal record ( Murder case of Sanath Nagar PS, Cyberabad) then he accepted to execute their plan.
Then the A2 Syed Mujeeb contacted his associates by name A3.Shaik Abdul Saleem @ Sami (Cab driver) R/o.Banjara Hills,A4. Mohd Imran R/o.Sanga Reddy,A5.Mohd.Ismial R/o.Sanga Reddy, A6.Mohammed Adnan R/o.Mehidipatnam, A7. Mohammed Zameer R/o.Sanga Reddy and A8.Smt.Bibi Begum R/o.Sanga Reddy and explained their plan to commit theft in his relatives house at Trimulgherry Hyderabad, they accepted to commit offence.The accused Syed Mujeeb(A2) along with his associates gathered at his residence at Bachupllay and procured three face cover masks, rope, cello tape, three daggers to use in the commission of offence.A3 Shaik Abdul Saleem @ Sameer arranged his Mahindra verito Car Reg no.TS09UA-9855 for transportation.
EXECUTED DACOITY PLAN:-
On 01-10-2018 at about 0930 hrs all the eight accused persons reached near the house of victim/complainant at Trimulgerry.As per their plan at about 1100 hrs the A4 to A8 Mohd Imran,Mohd Ismail, Mohammed Adnan,Mohammed Zameer & Smt. Bibi Begum entered in to the house of Complainant, A1 to A3 Syed Jameel, Syed Mujeeb,Shaik Abdul Saleem surveillance the area at a distance of house along with their car in order to escape quickly.
Three accused persons covered their faces with mask to hide their identity,entered into house of complainant Smt. Shamsunnisa,W/o. Shahnawaz, Age: 35 yrs and her Mother-in-law by name Iqbal Begum, Age 65 yrs and threatened them and beat them with hands, closing their mouth with plastic tape tying their hands and legs with cello tape and chunni, when the victims started shouting,the accused persons bolted the doors from inside and robbed Gold Mangalasutram, ear studs, Silver ankles from them,forcibly took the almirah keys from victim, searched in the almiarh and decamped with gold ornaments weighing 3 tulas & Silver Anklets – 45 tulas.
Previously the A2 Syed Mujeeb was arrested in Murder case in the limits of Sanath Nagar vide Cr.No. 171/2018, U/Sec.302,201, 120(B) IPC of Sanath Nagar PS. (U.I)
ARREST:-
To day i.e on 05-10-2018 on tip off the Commissioner’s Task Force , North Zone team laid a trap and apprehended (8) accused persons while disposing the gold & Silver ornaments.
Seized Gold Mangalasutram with black pusalu Weg 20 Grams,2.Gold ear studs two pairs Weg 10 grams, 3. Silver Anklets two pairs Weg 450 grams,4.Car Reg no.TS09UA-9855 (Mahindra Verito),5.Cell phones -11, 6. Daggers-03 etc from the possession of accused persons.
The accused person along with seized material being handed over to SHO,Trimulgherry PS for further investigation.
The arrest was made under the supervision of Sri.Kalmeshwar Shingenavar,I.P.S,DCP North Zone, Sri.P.Radhakishan Rao,Dy.
