Identify potential customers and generate new leads
Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and inquiries
Prepare and present sales reports regularly
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors

Requirements:
Proven sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
