Every plate of Singju carries a little bit of everything. Spice, bitterness, freshness, heat, crunch. Different ingredients come together to become something whole. Abok Ki Singju is also like that. Five stories. Five young lives. Different wounds, different dreams, different silences. All meeting at one small waiting shed beside Abok’s Singju stall. Set in the heart of Manipur, this feature film is about friendship, pressure, growing up, loneliness, healing, and the people who quietly become home for us.
