“Flaky Scalp? Greasy Patches? It’s Probably Cradle Cap 🧴🧢”
Cradle cap is a harmless and super common skin condition that affects babies under 6 months.
🧠 What It Looks Like:
Yellow, greasy, scaly patches on the scalp
Doesn’t itch or bother baby
Usually clears up on its own
🧼 How to Gently Manage It:
Wash baby’s scalp with a mild shampoo
Use a soft baby brush to loosen flakes
Apply baby-safe oil (like coconut oil) for 10 mins, then rinse
Don’t pick or scrub hard
✨ It’s not contagious, not your fault, and not dangerous!
