Project Overview
The renovation aimed to create a welcoming environment while preserving the historic character of a three-level house typical of the Marina district. The design maintained the original layout and focused on enhancing natural and artificial lighting. Soft colors, traditional materials, and a blend of wood, ceramics, and resin created a warm atmosphere, honoring elements from the 1970s.

Development
Managed by Architect Ilario Di Luca, the project involved comprehensive renovations, including ground insulation, roofing, energy efficiency, and interior design. Collaboration between the technician and construction team was key to success.

The renovation featured ceramic coverings exclusively from Terratinta – Progetto Micro:

Protected Micro Beaded: Inspired by 70s wooden surfaces, these ceramic slats interlock seamlessly.
Protected Micro Familiar: Combines traditional "grits" style with a contemporary touch.
Protected Micro Microtiles: Small tiles offering varied textures and colors.
