A huge gold reserve has been found in Kankariya village of Banswara district, Rajasthan.

Experts estimate there are 222 tonnes of pure gold hidden inside over 113 million tonnes of ore.

This is the third gold mine discovered in the district after Jagpura and Bhukia, making Banswara one of India’s new gold hubs.

According to experts, the gold found here could meet up to 25% of India’s total gold demand.

पर प्रॉपर्टी में ऐसा नही
*जब आप प्रॉपर्टी लेने जाते हैं तो वो डिमांड और सप्लाई के actual data पर आधारित कभी नही होता। बल्कि ब्रोकर्स जो मिलकर फिक्स कर लें वही होता है।
*प्रोपेर्टी की डिमांड और सप्लाई का डेटा किसी प्रोपेर्टी एक्सचेंज में नही देखा जा सकता। अगर होता तो आप प्रोपर्टी के बिल्कुल सटीक प्राइस डिमांड और सप्लाई के हिसाब से देख पाते।
*प्रॉपर्टी में निवेश तभी कीजिए जब आपको उसमें रहना हो, या उसकी बहुत ही अच्छी commerical value(रेंटल) मिलने की 80-100% की गारंटी हो ।
*एक और बात प्रौपर्टी इसलिए भी सोंच समझकर खरीदिए क्योंकि आपकी अगली जनरेशन वहाँ रहना भी चाहेगी या नही वो आपको नही पता तो उसकी कोई उपयोगिता नही होगी। लगभग हर 50वर्ष में प्रॉपर्टी का मालिक बदल जाता है।
*प्रोपर्टी पर विवाद या कब्जा बहुत आसान होता है आजकल। चोर बदमाश या बेईमान लोगों का यही काम है इसलिए उतना ही प्रॉपर्टी खरीदिए जो आप अपने जीते जी मैनेज कर पाएं।
*प्रोपर्टी खरीदने जाओगे तो बहुत पैसे लगेंगे जो आप शायद afford ही न कर पाओ और लंबे समय के लिए एक बड़ी राशि homeloan में देनी पड़े। अब चाहे आपका कारोबार जो भी नौकरी या व्यवसाय वो EMI तो भरना ही पड़ेगी।
*और जब बेचने जाओगे तब आपको बहुत सारे पैसे चाहिए क्योंकि आपके इन्वेस्टमेंट की ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा वैल्यू चाहिए तो आपको उतने दाम देने वाला ग्राहक भी तो तुरंत उपलब्ध होना चाहिए जो होता नही। इसलिए सोंच समझकर निवेश कीजिए।
*सबसे बड़ी बात लिक्विडिटी की है यानि जब ग्राहक होगा तभी तो बिकेगा और तब आपके पास पैसा होगा।
