📢 IMC Issues New Guidelines for Commercial Establishments in Itanagar:

The Itanagar Municipal Corporation (IMC) has directed all commercial shop owners to paint shop shutters sky blue, prominently display Trade Licence (TL) numbers, and ensure proper waste segregation using color-coded bins. Businesses have been given 30 days to comply, failing which action may be taken under relevant rules and regulations.

📢 Arunachal Govt Orders Release of Wages for Excess Casual & Contingency Employees:
The Government of Arunachal Pradesh has ordered the release of salaries/wages for excess Casual/Contingency and Work-Charged (WC) employees in various Works Departments until further orders. The decision comes as a relief measure while the government continues examining the findings of an inquiry that identified 4,745 excess Casual/Contingency workers and 318 Work-Charged employees engaged beyond sanctioned strength.

Departments have been directed to submit division-wise and DDO-wise distribution details to facilitate immediate payment through district treasuries.

APSSB CHSLE 2026 Notification Released

The Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB) has released Advertisement No. 05/26 for the Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination (CHSLE) 2026 to fill various Group 'C' posts across different departments. Online applications will be accepted from 20 July 2026 to 10 August 2026 (5:00 PM). The tentative written examination is scheduled for 20 September 2026, while skill tests will commence from 10 October 2026 onwards.
