Chief Minister Pema Khandu today distributed appointment letters to 166 selected candidates of the Non-Ministerial Technical Examination 2025, conducted by the General Administration Department of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, at Dorjee Khandu State Convention Centre.
On the occasion, Urban Development Minister Balo Raja, Chief Secretary Manish Kumar Gupta, Secretary (General Administration) Komkar Dulom, Deputy Commissioner Toko Babu, along with several officials and parents of the selected candidates, were present.
In his address, the Chief Minister urged the selected candidates to perform their duties with sincerity and integrity, and to actively contribute towards the vision of a developed India and a developed Arunachal.

Yachuli Employees Forum Holds 4th General Conference, Stresses Unity and Development

The Yachuli Constituency Employees Forum (YCEF) on Saturday convened its fourth general conference at Chopu Fish Farm in Keyi Panyor district, bringing together employees, community members, and local leaders in a reaffirmation of unity and developmental commitment.

Keyi Panyor Zilla Parishad Chairperson Nadam Piju attended the event as the guest of honour, while MLA of the 16th Yachuli ST Assembly Constituency, Toko Tatung, graced the occasion as the chief guest.

Addressing the gathering, Tatung commended the forum for fostering professional solidarity, integrity, and social responsibility among employees.

He emphasised that sustainable development can only be realised when public servants work in alignment with the aspirations of the people.

“Organisations such as YCEF serve as vital catalysts for unity and a sense of duty that transcends individual interests,” he said, urging members to continue contributing towards the constituency’s progress.

Speakers at the conference highlighted the pivotal role of employees in nation-building and exhorted members to uphold discipline, accountability, and unwavering dedication to public service.

The event was also attended by ZPM Toko Chada, Likha Nunu Nabam, Khoda Lelu, Neelam Richo, Likha Teti, and YCEF founder president T.D. Neckom, among others.

Deliberations focused on organisational strengthening, future initiatives, and reinforcing unity among employees, reflecting YCEF’s enduring commitment to collective progress.

During the conference, Er. Gem Dopum was unanimously elected as President, while Taba Nepa was unanimously elected as Secretary General.
