Press Briefing by All Arunachal Pradesh Masjid Welfare Committee (AAPMWC):

On the issue of the sealing of a Masjid in the Itanagar Capital Region (ICR) by the Assistant Commissioner-cum-Executive Magistrate, Itanagar, AAPMWC appealed to the Government to reopen the three Masjids that were sealed on grounds of alleged illegality.

The Committee further stated that if action is being taken against religious structures on the basis of illegality, then all illegal religious structures, including illegal temples, should also be closed in accordance with the law.

BJMM Plants 200+ Trees with Top Leaders to Celebrate World Environment Day

GYOLOO NEWS, ITANAGAR, 6th JUNE:

In a vibrant push for a greener future, the Bharatiya Janata Minority Morcha (BJMM) organized a massive tree plantation drive at Government Secondary School, Chimpu, to celebrate World Environment Day. Over 200 saplings were successfully planted across the campus in a powerful display of community-led environmental conservation.

The high-profile event was orchestrated by the Chairman of the Arunachal Pradesh Food Supply Commission cm Event Convenor, Tarh Tarak. Reflecting the state's deep commitment to ecological preservation, the green initiative attracted an overwhelming wave of support from the very top leadership.

Chief Minister Pema Khandu graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, actively planting saplings alongside Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein, Home Minister Mama Natung, and State BJP President Kaling Moyong.

Convenor Tarh Tarak thanked the BJMM team, party workers, and school administration for their relentless energy. He emphasized that planting these trees on a school campus ensures they will be nurtured by the younger generation, leaving a living, breathing ecological legacy for years to come.

Shri Murtem stated that ANSU is a responsible student organisation built on collective humbly directed the Convenor and Assistant Convenor, ANSU, to conduct a Consultative Central Executive Meeting on 28๐’•๐’‰ ๐‘ด๐’‚๐’š 2026 ๐’‚๐’• 11:00 ๐‘จ๐‘ด to discuss matters relating to unity, coordination and the future course of action of the organization.
He appealed to all concerned members to attend the meeting with a positive spirit and contribute towards the greater unity and collective interest of ANSU.
