๐ฅ๐ผ๐ป๐ผ ๐๐ถ๐น๐น๐ | ๐๐ฒ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฐ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ: Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), Rono Hills, Doimukh, has issued an official circular imposing restrictions on the movement of outsiders on the university campus in view of the upcoming All Arunachal Pradesh Studentsโ Union (AAPSU) Electionโ2026.
The entry of outsiders is strictly prohibited between 7:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m., except in cases of urgency or emergency, to ensure a peaceful and congenial academic environment.
The university has directed RGUSU Executive Members and Volunteers to assist security personnel at the main entry gate in regulating vehicular movement and preventing unauthorized access. The Senior Security Officer has also been instructed to enforce strict checking of both vehicles and pedestrians, especially during night hours.
All members of the university community have been urged to extend full cooperation to security staff for the effective implementation of these measures. The circular underscores RGUโs commitment to maintaining safety, discipline, and academic normalcy during the election period.
