ये हैं देशी ड्राई फ्रूट्स (कद्दू के बीज): ये वो बीज हैं जिन्हें बेकार समझकर फेंक दिया जाता है और ये बड़े बड़े मॉल में पैकेट में बन्द होकर ऊंची कीमत पर बिकते हैं।

हम सब छोटे थे तब मेरी मां तवे पर इनको सेंक कर दे देती थी और हमसब भाईबहन मुट्ठी में भर कर चुभलाते रहते थे।
कद्दू के बीज न केवल स्वादिष्ट होते हैं, बल्कि इनमें प्रोटीन, फाइबर, और महत्वपूर्ण मिनरल्स जैसे जिंक और मैग्नीशियम भी होते हैं। इन्हें तवे पर सेंकने से ये कुरकुरे और स्वादिष्ट हो जाते हैं।

कद्दू की सब्ज़ी बनाने के बाद बीजों को निकालकर धोकर अच्छे से सूखा लें और फिर सेंक लें। यह एक सस्ता और पौष्टिक स्नैक है जिसे आप आसानी से घर पर बना सकते हैं।

ये पके कद्दू के बीज हैं। आजकल ये सुपर सीडस के नाम से बिकते हैं, क्योंकि ये बेहद स्वादिष्ट और पौष्टिक होते हैं।
