Mahamandaleshwar Pavitra Nandgiri ji has ventured into a field that people generally avoid. The focus of her organisations viz. Sambodhan, Sarthi and Samarpan, is to educate transgenders and those communities at risk of HIV in peri urban and rural areas in the Vidharbha region of Maharashtra.
