He started his musical journey at a very young age. His passion and love for singing took him from Jaipur to Mumbai where he started with VOICE OF INDIA 2, one of the most popular music reality shows on the television. After this he did 2 more music reality shows which was named as Waar Parivar and based on Gharana on Sony channel with his father and sister, Pooja Rathore with Urmila Matondkar. Subsequently, following his inevitable and undeniable love of singing he established himself as a young, vibrant, committed and sincere playback singer for Hindi films in Mumbai. He has done playback for many movies like BHAVARI and important to him film Helen staring Poonam Pandey which are releasing soon. He recently performed at PADDY FIELD FESTIVAL in Mumbai sharing common platform with Salim Sulaiman, Lesle Lewis, Shubha Mudgal and manymore. Now he does concerts and stage performances around the Globe. Dr. Pooja Rathore, did her PH.D in music (vocal) in 2007. She is approved artist in ALL INDIA RADIO for gazals and folks. Dr. Pooja, has several albums in market with her fluent voice. She has been 2 times WINNER at SA RE GA MA PA, Zee TV and winner at VOICE OF RAJASTHAN. She did various performances at S**C MACAY. She has bagged various prizes from different competitions and music reality shows. Dr. Pooja Rathore has got firm hands on Harmonium and Synthesizer in instruments along with Ghazals, Folk Dance and Katthak. She did playback singing in an Rajasthani movie named as Kajrali-nakhralli.
