Ingredients :
Raw Mango - 2 kgs
Achar masala - 3 big tbsp
Turmeric powder- 2 Tbsp
Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
mustard oil 2 1/3 cup
vinegar - 1/4 cup

for khatta mithai achar

Salt - 2 tsp
black salt - 2 tsp
red chilli powder- 2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder- 2 tsp
jaggery- 1/2kg
Fennel seeds - 2 tsp
Cumin seed -2 tsp
Nigella seeds - 2 tsp
Mustard oil - 1/2 cup
Asafoetida (hing)- 2 pinch
vinegar- 2tbsp

घेवर बनाना कितना आसान था😱 बिना मैदा, बिना बेसन | Halwai Style Ghevar, Jowar Atta Ghevar recipe

𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
* sorghum flour Jowar flour(ज्वार का आटा) - 1 Cup
* Ghee(घी) - 1/4 Cup
* Ice cubes(बर्फ के टुकड़े) - 3-5 nos.
* Cold water(ठंडा पानी) - 1 Cup
* Refined flour or wheat flour (मैदा या गेहूं का आटा) - 3 tsp
* Refined oil(तेल) - For Frying
* saffron ( केसर) - 1 pinch
* Cardamom (इलायची) - 2

For Sugar Syrup-
* Water(पानी) - 3/4 Cup
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Cup
* Cardamom(इलायची) - 3 - 4
* Saffron(केसर) - Some
* Lemon Slice or juice ( नींबु या उसका रस) - 1 tsp or 1 Slice

For Rabri -
* Milk Powder(दूध का पाउडर) - 1 Cup
* Milk(दूध) - 2 Cup
* Saffron(केसर) - Some
* Sugar(चीनी) - 4 Tbsp
