Samundar samet lu, socha tha,
Nadi si wo beh gayi.
Maa thi na, bas isliye,
Sab kuchh pyaar se seh gayi.

Aadhi neendh mei uthkar,
Kaam sabhi wo kar gayi.
Khud ki bhookh ko rakh pare,
Sabke pet wo bhar gayi.

Na socha uska kisi ne,
sab apne mei lag gaye.
Mehnat saari usne kari,
hum baithe baithe thak gaye.

Marzi uski kuchh nahi,
Kahe pe wo chalti hai.
Maa hai na kya kare,
Sabke gusse mei jalti hai.

Kamzor samajh sab daba gaye,
Berukh usko sata gaye.
Devi ko hi poojkar,
Devi ko hi mita gaye.

Sabko har kuchh de sake,
Aisi uski aasha hai.
Jisko na hum samajh sake,
wo maa ki paribhasha hai.

Mazbut bana hum sabko,
Khud aansuo mei beh gayi.
Maa thi na, bas isliye,
Sab kuchh pyaar se seh gayi...
