We will be hosting a special Master Mantra session at our institute on 14th May 2025. For this inspiring event, we are honored to welcome Vishal Furia, an acclaimed film director known for his impactful work in both Marathi and Hindi cinema, as our guest speaker.
About Vishal Furia:
Vishal Furia began his creative journey in visual effects and advertising before establishing himself as a prominent filmmaker in the horror and thriller genres. His debut Marathi horror film, Lapachhapi (2017), was widely praised for its compelling blend of supernatural elements and social commentary.
He has since directed several notable projects, including:
Criminal Justice (2019)
Bombers (2019)
The Missing Stone (2020)
Bali (2021)
Forensic (2022)
36 Days (2022)
Vishal’s most recent work, Chhori 2 (2025), premiered on 11th April 2025 on Amazon Prime Video, continuing the gripping narrative from his earlier hit Chhorii (2021). His upcoming project, Maa—a horror-mythological drama starring Kajol—is set for release in June 2025.We look forward to an insightful and engaging session as Vishal shares his journey, creative process, and experiences from the world of filmmaking.
