"Passion se phechan tak" - Priyanka Kundu Biswas

Priyanka had no knowledge of cooking or baking, but due to her illness, she started cooking herself as outside food was not allowed, and this incident caved a path of her success in baking.

She was a semi-finalist in Masterchef Season 7. She has also been in the top 10 cake artist in India and went on to make extravagant cakes for big names. It would never have been possible if she continued her well-paid job and didn't make courage for leaving the job and working on her passion.

She also teaches and guides people through YouTube for free and helps them to pursue their passion in baking.

"Self-sabotage to self-love"- Commandant Rajeev Ranjan

Comdt. Rajeev Ranjan shared some interesting incidents from his time in the defense. He then proceeded to tell us how we usually sabotage ourselves. The main point that Rajeev wanted us to notice is that one should never focus on failures but should learn from them and constantly try to succeed in life with correct guidance.

"Finding balance amidst chaos" - Neha Ranglani

She discussed about stress - its advantages and disadvantages. She explained the nervous system involved in activating stress.

She explained the ways to cultivate a sense of balance in our lives and reduce stress. She encouraged us to focus on self care. She took our attention to the fact that people think about their past and mostly develop stress by thinking about their future. They often forget to live and enjoy their present.

She emphasised on building our inner strength and to handle the life's ups and downs while staying calm and confident.

P Shashank is a youtuber whose way to perceive society is very different. He proved this through simple statements of his and how we can approach to simplify our thoughts regarding our education system. Shashank's main message to the audience through his life experience was that you should never approach life or look at it the way others want it or does it. You have your own rights, freedom to think to justify, neglecting the boundations that have been set by the people politically in society.

Gargi Batabyal

Garagi Batabyal or Mohor as described she is an 28yr old radio jockey who got her name from Mohor form the most undesiredful experience which encouraged her to go better and with a new approach in life, which made her rise during this time through her Vlog golikoth and mirchi para pujo.
She said that she had a different journey, which she encountered as gargi while she was completing her graduation from presidency college and later her diploma in mass communication and journalism from Bhuvaneshwar

As a human and not as an public figure she made us understand through her perception of life is your name could just be a mark give to you but through your self believe and talent you yourself can become and identity within the thousands.

"Indian handloom - the paradox of affordability" - Dr. Pritha Dasmahapatra

An Indian textile enthisiast, a doctor amd an amid traveller who is spreading the culture of Indian textiles through her videos in Instagram and other social media platforms.

She talked about the textile market and how to organize it. She talks about the affordability of the handloom products which are costle as an average family earns just 8000 and production of a normal silk saree cost around 5000 and as it reaches the customer it becomes almost 10k which is not affordable for the common people.

But yet to support the handloom wirkers and their families, she promotes our Indian culture which involves our handloom products so that the workers can also make a living for them.
