From 23-11-2025, 1600 hrs. to 24-11-2025, 1600 hrs., there was slow movement observed on NH-44 due to single lane traffic at Balinalla, Dewal, Nashri-Dalwas and between Marog and Kishtwari Pather.

*Passengers/LMVs operators are advised to prefer journey on Jammu-Srinagar NHW during day time* . Please avoid journey during night hours as the movement of HMVs between Nashri tunnel and NAVYUG Tunnel and the migration of nomads from Kashmir valley towards Jammu may cause inconvenience to the commuters.

Commuters are advised to follow lane discipline; overtaking, wrong lane driving will cause congestion.

LMVs followed by HMVs shall be allowed from Minamarg towards Srinagar at 0500 hrs. to 1000 hrs. Similarly, LMVs followed by HMVs shall be allowed from Sonamarg towards Kargil at 1130 hrs to 1730 hrs . No vehicle shall be allowed after cut off timing.
SFs Convoy, plying from Srinagar to Kargil and vice versa shall plan their movement in such a manner so that Civil Traffic (both UP and DOWN) don't get disturbed.
