The sacred Urs Mubarak of Hazrat Rehman Soub Dar (RA) will be observed with great reverence and devotion on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at Safakadal, Srinagar. This spiritual occasion is marked by heartfelt prayers and devotional gatherings, drawing devotees from across the valley.

On the auspicious day, a series of religious activities will be conducted, including Khatm-e-Mazammat, Durood-o-Azkaar, Dua, and a Mehfil-e-Samaah. These soulful practices aim to strengthen the spiritual bond between the followers and the revered saint.

Annual Bhandara of Sufi Poet Fayyaz Sahib Dangarpuri to Be Held on August 5

The annual Bhandara (spiritual gathering) of the respected Sufi poet Janab Fayyaz Sahib Dangarpuri will be observed with great devotion on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at his ancestral village Dangarpora, Sopore.

As in previous years, this year’s event will begin with recitations of Durood, Azkaar, and Khatmat-al-Mu'azzamat, offering prayers for peace, blessings, and spiritual growth.

A special Mehfil-e-Sama (Sufi music session) will also be held, organized by the Kashmir Singers’ Society. The society’s chairman, Mr. Gulzar Ahmad Ganaie, will lead the event.

Prominent artists including Ghulam Ahmad Sufi, Farooq Ahmad Mir from Edipora, and other local singers will participate in the Mehfil, which will continue throughout the day. These performances aim to spread messages of love, peace, and unity through traditional Kashmiri Sufi music.

This event holds special importance for the followers of Sufism and admirers of Fayyaz Sahib's poetry, which has long inspired spiritual reflection and harmony in the region.

All thanks and praise be to Allah, the Most High, whose divine beauty reflects in every aspect of creation. His word is filled with wisdom, and His signs are evident in every corner of the universe.

This is to inform the respected followers of Sufism and admirers of spiritual gatherings that the annual Mehfil-e-Sama held in remembrance of the late Faqeer Ali Mohammad Gilkar(RA) has been rescheduled this year.

Traditionally organized on 29th June at his ancestral residence in Mir Mohalla, Malarta, the event has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances.

The new date for the gathering is Saturday, 19th July 2025, and it will be held at the Marriage Hall, Radpora Khanyar.

The event is a spiritual occasion where lovers of Sufi traditions come together in remembrance, devotion, and unity. All those with an interest in Sufi culture, spiritual music, and remembrance of saints are warmly invited to attend and participate.

On the occasion of the Urs (death anniversary) of Arif Billah Hazrat Abdul Sattar Sahib and Hazrat Abdul Rahim Lone Sahib, residents of Shoukha Melo, Tehsil Khansahib, District Budgam, Kashmir, a series of spiritual gatherings will be held at their revered shrine located at Mohammad Shouk Pehlu, Gund Shugur, on Tuesday, 15th July 2025 (Insha’Allah).

On Sunday, 13th July 2025, the sacred Urs Mubarak of Faqeer Warsi Rehim Sahab (RA) will be observed with devotion at the Aastani-Aaliya located in Sheesh Bagh, Hawal Srinagar.

As part of the occasion, a Mehfil-e-Samah will be held, featuring the soulful voice of Sajad Maqbool, who will present traditional Sufi kalaam. This gathering offers an opportunity for devotees to come together in remembrance, prayer, and reflection on the spiritual legacy of Warsi Rehim Sahab (RA).
