The PHE Department itself appears to be unclear about the condition of these motors lying outside the premises.

A daily-wage employee claims that the motors are functional, while the concerned Junior Engineer (JE) says they are not working. This contradiction raises serious questions.

If the motors are operational, why have they been left lying outside instead of being put to use? And if they are non-functional, why are they still lying there without repair or proper disposal?

Watch the full video to hear both versions, including the response from the concerned JE.
