JAMIA MASJID SULTANPURA JANIPUR JAMMU
Mosques across flood-affected regions have opened their doors to house families displaced by severe flooding, offering space, food, water, and other essentials to both Muslims and non-Muslims in need. Local masjid committees and Muslim organizations are leading donation drives where congregants bring rations, clothes, medicines, and cash, which are then distributed to affected communities or sent to central collection points like madrasas for further delivery.
These announcements are often shared at Friday prayers and special gatherings, with mosque leaders urging everyone to participate and help those in distress.
JAMIA MASJID SULTANPURA JANIPUR JAMMU ,expresses profound concern and solidarity with all those affected by the devastating floods. As an immediate step, our mosque premises are available as temporary shelter for displaced families. We urge community members to donate relief materials such as food, clothing, clean water, and medicines. Financial contributions are also being accepted and will be used to provide direct aid.
In addition, ongoing religious programs will be adjusted to prioritize relief efforts. All zakat and sadaqah collections this month will be directed to flood victims, so please contribute generously. Our volunteers are coordinating with local authorities and other religious institutions to maximize the impact of relief distribution.
