*Bishnah Police Station, Jammu busts Drug Network: Duo nabbed with 264 gms of he**in (Chitta)*,
*Motorcycle & digital weighing machine also seized*

In a significant crackdown on drug trafficking, Police Station Bishnah ,Jammu, achieved a major breakthrough by apprehending two drug peddlers,recovering huge quantity of narcotics.
On a reliable information, a team of Police Station Bishnah under the command of SHO Police Station Bishnah established a naka at Chak Abtara Bishnah, leading to the recovery of a large quantity of he**in (Chitta).
The operation resulted in the seizure of 264grams (of he**in(Chita). A Motar Cycle bearing registration number JK02DC-4576 was also seized.
*The arrested accused have been identified as:*
1. *Paras S/O Puran Singh R/O Qasim Nagar A/P Nahi Basti Jammu.*
2. *Vinod Kalotra S/O Joginder Kumar R/O Chak Jarala Bishnah.*
*In this regard, FIR No. 102/2025 has been registered at Police Station Bishnah under sections 8/21/22/29 of the NDPS Act.*
The operation was led by Inspector Rakesh Jamwal,SHO P/S Bishnah assited by PSI Darshan Singh under the supervision of SDPO R S Pura,Gurmeet Singh-JKPS & SP Headquarters Jammu,Irshad Hussain Rather-JKPS.
*Further investigation is underway to trace the source and destination of the recovered contraband. Police are thoroughly examining both the backward and forward linkages in the case and more breakthrough’s are expected.*$
Additionally, a financial investigation has been initiated to trace the proceeds of illegal narcotic trade and take appropriate legal action.
This is the second FIR registered in Police Station Bishnah under commercial quantity of narcotics within last 02 months only.
