Baba Budha Amarnath Yatra 2025 – First Batch Reaches Rajouri

The first group of pilgrims participating in the Baba Budha Amarnath Yatra 2025 has reached the Yatra Ground in Rajouri today. Devotees from various parts of the country arrived with great enthusiasm and devotion, chanting slogans in praise of Lord Shiva.

District administration and security forces welcomed the pilgrims warmly and ensured all necessary arrangements including food, water, medical aid, and transportation. After a brief halt and lunch at the Yatra Ground, the pilgrims will proceed towards Poonch, from where the journey to the holy shrine of Baba Budha Amarnath in Mandi will continue.

Free Mega Dental Camp Successfully Organized at Ramakrishna Mission Medical Centre on July 26, 2025

Jammu, July 26, 2025:

Ramakrishna Mission Medical Centre, Ramakrishna Vihar, Udheywala, Jammu, successfully organized a Free Mega Dental Camp on Saturday, 26th July 2025, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM focusing on Oral Health and Hygiene.

The camp was led by renowned specialist Dr. Rakesh Raina, MDS (PHD), PG in Oral implantology with a team from Indira Gandhi Government Dental College and Hospital Amphalla Jammu Department of Public Health Dentistry, Dr. Umesh Padha, BDS, Dr. Tanu Gandotra BDS, Dr. Mayank Hali BDS, Dr. Payal Parihar, BDS, Dr. Imza Sharma BDS.

Key Highlights of the Camp:
• Free Consultations were provided by:
o General Physicians
o Ent Specialist
o Dental Surgeons
o Gynaecologist
o Eye Specialist
o Physiotherapist
• Free Diagnostic Tests conducted included:
o Hearing Test from Hearclear, Trikuta Nagar
o Haemoglobin Test
o Uric Acid Test
o Blood Sugar Test
• A Full Body Checkup, including CBC, Lipid Profile, Blood Sugar, TFT, LFT, KFT, and Vitamin D, was offered at a discounted rate of ₹1200/- (against the original cost of ₹2300/-), and required patients to be fasting.

• The Camp included distinguished guests such as Dr. Harbaksh Singh Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Gautam Mengi, Sunil K Thusu and Team from State Health Agency.

• A total of 371 patients benefited from the expertise of 12 doctors at this camp.
This health camp formed part of Ramakrishna Mission Medical Centre’s ongoing commitment to community welfare, preventive healthcare, and compassionate service.
