Voice of Buddhists of Ladakh (VBL) has reiterated its demand for fair representation of the Buddhist community in Ladakh’s future decision-making. In a 22-point memorandum to the Union Home Minister, VBL raised concerns over the dialogue process, composition of the High-Powered Committee, and what it calls selective targeting of Buddhist voices in Leh. The group clarified it has nothing against the Leh Apex Body or Kargil Democratic Alliance and seeks an inclusive, balanced and pragmatic solution for Ladakh.
