सलाल पॉवर स्टेशन का एलबीएसएनएए (LBSNAA) के प्रशिक्षु आईएएस (IAS) अधिकारियों ने किया दौरा

सलाल पॉवर स्टेशन, 30 दिसम्बर 2025 — लाल बहादुर शास्त्री राष्ट्रीय प्रशासन अकादमी (एलबीएसएनएए), मसूरी के प्रशिक्षु आईएएस (IAS) अधिकारियों के एक दल ने मंगलवार को सायंकाल जम्मू व कश्मीर केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के रियासी जिले स्थित प्रमुख जलविद्युत परियोजनाओं के कार्यप्रणाली को समझने के उद्देश्य से सलाल पॉवर स्टेशन का शैक्षणिक दौरा किया।

आगंतुक अधिकारियों को नोडल अधिकारी श्री संजीव कुमार, डीजीएम (मानव संसाधन) द्वारा हार्दिक स्वागत किया गया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने सलाल बांध की समग्र कार्यप्रणाली तथा विद्युत उत्पादन प्रक्रिया के विषय में विस्तार से जानकारी प्रदान की। प्रशिक्षु अधिकारियों के साथ रियासी के तहसीलदार श्री सुरेश कुमार भी उपस्थित रहे।

दौरे के दौरान, श्री राजीव कुमार डिओरी, डीजीएम (सिविल) ने बांध नियंत्रण कक्ष की संरचनात्मक एवं परिचालन संबंधी विशेषताओं से अवगत कराते हुए बांध के सुरक्षित एवं निर्बाध संचालन के लिए अपनाई जाने वाली सुरक्षा एवं अनुरक्षण प्रक्रियाओं की जानकारी दी। तत्पश्चात, श्री संजय कुमार जैन, जीएम (इलेक्ट्रिकल) ने पावर नियंत्रण कक्ष की कार्यप्रणाली पर विस्तार से प्रकाश डाला तथा जलविद्युत उत्पादन तंत्र, ग्रिड स्थिरता एवं सतत तथा विश्वसनीय विद्युत आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने में जलविद्युत की महत्ता के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान की।

इस संवादात्मक एवं व्यावहारिक अनुभव ने प्रशिक्षु आईएएस (IAS) अधिकारियों को जलविद्युत उत्पादन प्रणाली, बड़े अवसंरचनात्मक परियोजनाओं के प्रबंधन तथा क्षेत्रीय विकास एवं ऊर्जा सुरक्षा में उनकी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका के सम्बन्ध में गहन समझ विकसित करने में सहायक सिद्ध हुआ।

“सत्य और नैतिकता लोकतंत्र के स्तंभ हैं”: डीआईजी नॉर्थ कश्मीर ने जिम्मेदार पत्रकारिता पर जोर दिया

डीआईजी नॉर्थ कश्मीर ने कहा कि सत्य और नैतिकता लोकतंत्र की सबसे मजबूत बुनियाद हैं। उन्होंने पत्रकारों से अपील की कि वे जिम्मेदार, निष्पक्ष और सत्यापित पत्रकारिता करें, क्योंकि मीडिया की भूमिका जनमत को सही दिशा देने और लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों को मजबूत करने में बेहद महत्वपूर्ण है।

उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि अफवाहों और बिना पुष्टि की खबरों से समाज में भ्रम और अशांति फैल सकती है। इसलिए खबर प्रकाशित करने से पहले तथ्यों की सही जांच आवश्यक है और सनसनीखेज रिपोर्टिंग से बचना चाहिए।

डीआईजी ने यह भी कहा कि मीडिया और सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के बीच समन्वय और सहयोग से शांति, पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही को बढ़ावा मिलता है। उन्होंने भरोसा दिलाया कि जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस निष्पक्ष और पेशेवर पत्रकारों को हरसंभव सहयोग देगी।
कार्यक्रम के अंत में पत्रकारों और प्रशासन ने लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों और जनहित की रक्षा के लिए आपसी सहयोग को मजबूत करने का संकल्प लिया।

A staff meeting of Pahari Express News (English Newspaper) was duly convened and held on 28 December 2025, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 Noon, at Dangbugla, Reasi.
