Stunt Rider Aamir Majid with 35 Pending Challans Booked

Traffic Police City Jammu booked another stunt performer namely Amir Majid S/O Abdul Majid R/O Vil. Chachwa, Ramban A/P Batala Mohalla, Bathindi Jammu. The subject is notorious for performing dangerous stunts involving at least 08 vehicles including 07 Cars having Regd. No(s). JK02CX9905, JK14F7770, JK02BS8787, GJ04CR9995, UK04R0317, HR06BZ4455, JK12C1447 and 01 Motor Cycle with Regd. No. JK19A2118, mainly on the Sidhra-Nagrota Highway stretch. The vehicles used in the commission of these stunts include high-end modified luxury cars like iSuzu, Chevrolet Cruze and DC Avanti.
Amir Majid is a known YouTuber having channels “Aamir Majid Vlogs 2.0”, “Aamir Majid Shorts” and Instagram “amir.majid788” with lakhs of followers. The subject has as many as 35 challans pending against him since the last 03 years. He has been repeatedly reported by the public to have been endangering not only his own life but also the lives of many innocent pedestrians on various highways including Sidhra Bypass, Ring Road, Jammu-Samba Road etc. With such a huge fan following, he was influencing youngsters in J&K and other states into attempting apparently thrilling but potentially risky and reckless stunts. On multiple occasions, he had been asked telephonically to visit Traffic Police Office City Jammu but he never turned up. Accordingly, he has been booked in case FIR No.0157 U/S 281/125 BNS, 184 M.V. Act at Police Station Nagrota, Jammu.

Sopore Police Arrest Individual for Extortion in Name of Police.

Sopore, July 12, 2025:
Sopore Police have registered a case against one Shahzad Ahmad Dar, son of Late Mohammad Ramzan Dar, resident of Dangerpora Sopore, for extorting money from a local resident by falsely claiming close links with Police and offering undue help in a pending matter.

The accused reportedly threatened the victim and took ₹95,000 on false assurances of resolving a police-related issue. FIR No. 134/2025 under relevant provisions of law has been registered at Police Station Sopore and investigation is in progress.

The public is advised not to fall prey to such elements. Police action shall always remain within the bounds of law, and any individual indulging in such unlawful activities will face strict legal consequences.

Anyone facing threats or extortion in the name of Police is urged to report the matter at the nearest Police Station or District Police Office Sopore.

विजयपुर एम्स के पास सड़क हादसा

सांबा जिले के विजयपुर में एम्स के पास एक सड़क हादसा हो गया, जिसमें एक अज्ञात वाहन ने एक कार को जोरदार टक्कर मार दी। हादसे में कार सवार लोग सामान्य रूप से घायल हुए हैं।
