INSTITUTE OF DENTAL SCIENCES CELEBRATES NATIONAL TOOTHBRUSHING DAY

The Institute of Dental Sciences Sehora, Jammu, in collaboration with the preschool chain Wow Kids, The Learning World, celebrated National Toothbrushing Day on 7th November.
The event took place at the Wow Kids branch in Bishnah, Jammu, and was attended by the Branch Head and other staff members.
The aim of the event was to educate children about proper toothbrushing techniques and promote good oral hygiene habits from an early age. Under the guidance of Dr. Sarabjeet Singh, Principal of IDS, a team of doctors headed by Dr. Esha Bali, HOD of the Department of Public Health Dentistry, organized the event.
During the event, the children were taught the importance of proper toothbrushing and were shown the correct techniques to maintain good oral health. To further support their oral hygiene practices, free toothbrushes and dental kits were distributed to all the participating children.
The event was a great success, with the enthusiastic participation of the children, parents, and staff members. The head of the Institute Sh. Ravi Dubey along with staff members and interns namely Poonam Gupta and Akshata Gupta, were also present to support the initiative.
Dr. Sarabjeet Singh expressed his gratitude to Wow Kids preschool for their collaboration and emphasized the importance of promoting oral health awareness among young children. He also thanked the team of doctors and staff members for their efforts in organizing the event.
