Tangmarg:Honourable MLA Gulmarg, Farooq Ahmad Shah chaired a review meeting of Sub-Divisional Level Officers at Town Hall Tangmarg to assess the overall functioning of various departments and to take a detailed review of ongoing developmental projects across the constituency.
The meeting was attended by officers from key departments including R&B, PHE, PDD, RDD, Education, Health, and other related departments. Officers briefed the MLA about the progress of ongoing works, schemes, and future plans aimed at improving public services in their respective areas.
During the meeting, the MLA took a detailed review of road construction, water supply schemes, electrification works, and rural development works being carried out in different parts of the Gulmarg constituency. He stressed the need to complete all projects on time and as per approved standards, and directed the concerned officers to ensure quality in every work.
He also underlined the importance of close coordination among departments to ensure smooth ex*****on of works and better delivery of services to the public. He instructed officers to take an active role in addressing public issues and to make sure that the benefits of development reach to people.
While speaking at the meeting, the MLA said that the Government is committed to overall growth and people-friendly governance. He urged all departments to work with honesty, dedication, and transparency so that development is visible on the ground.
