No doubt that the Land Mafia is very active in J&K and grabbing the land of innocent people, but it could not be possible until and unless there is an active support or connivance of officers/officials who are otherwise entrusted to oversee and ensure that no encroachment is carried out. That some of the corrupt revenue officers/officials by adopting the corrupt practice and misusing their official position are involved in the attestation of fake and fictitious mutations merely for some consideration. Strict action should be taken against them.
It is not the last & final incidence where it happened. Further it is pertinent to mention here that the land mafia is also very active in Pura Shaib
Police authorities and the other higher authorities are requested to keep watch upon them, take stern action against them, so That no one could dare again to do that and and an example be settled.
