मैं कुलबीर सिंह जम्वाल, पाडर चिसोती की हालिया अत्यंत दुखद त्रासदी से प्रभावित परिवारों के प्रति मैं अपनी गहरी संवेदनाएँ और श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करता हूँ।
पिछले दो दिनों से हम सभी दुःखी हैं लेकिन इस संवेदनशील समय में सोशल मीडिया पर 2018 में मेरे एक बयान के संबंध में एक पुराना वीडियो साझा किया जा रहा है। विनम्र निवेदन है कि कृपया इसे वर्तमान घटना से न जोड़ें, क्योंकि वह वक्तव्य अलग परिस्थितियों में दिया गया था।
सभी कलाकारों और गायकों से भी अनुरोध है कि इस संवेदनशील समय में शोक प्रकट करने के लिए गीत या भजन का सहारा न लें।
हम सबका कर्तव्य है कि दुःख की घड़ी में पीड़ित परिवारों के साथ पूरी संवेदनशीलता और एकजुटता के साथ खड़े रहें। कृपया किसी भी संपादित या अप्रमाणित वीडियो क्लिप को पुष्टि किये बिना साझा न करें।

I, Kulbir Singh Jamwal, Sole Trustee of Sarv Shakti Shree Chandi Mata Ji Temple Chinote Trust, Bhaderwah, express my deepest grief and heartfelt condolences on the devastating tragedy caused by a cloudburst at village Chisoti of Padder.

As thousands of devotees of Maa Bhagwati travel daily on this route to seek the blessings of Shree Chandi Mata Ji, this calamity has filled my heart with profound sorrow. I share the deep pain of the families who have lost their loved ones and offer my sincerest prayers for the swift recovery of the injured and the safe return of all who remain untraceable.

In this dark hour, I humbly pray to Maa Bhagwati Shree Chandi Mata Ji to wrap Her divine arms around every grieving soul, to grant strength, courage, and healing, and to guide all towards hope once again.
