Prominent Kashmiri pandit activists and professionals join BJP

In order to contribute and become part of all round Development and prosperity agenda of BJP under the leadership of prime minister Narender Modi scores of prominent Kashmiri pandit activists and professional from different sectors joined BJP today in front of BJP UT president Ravinder Raina , General secretary organisation Ashok Koul , Former MLC and Spokesperson Ajay Bharti , Chand ji Bhat president Kashmir Dispalced district

Prominent among those who joined today’s joining event organised by BJP Kashmir displaced district include Hira Lal Bhat dedicated swyamsewak and community activist former secretary ASKPC ,Advocate Sh S K Bhat former special prosecutor CBI and Legal advisor to CBI headquarters, Ashok Kangan dedicated community activist , swyamsweak and prominent businessman of the community,Moti Lal Bhat ,Raj Nath Kaw former tehsil karvah Kupwara , Rajinder Koul , Bushan Lal Hangloo , president swami Mirza Kak ji trust hangalgund, Avtar Krishen General secretary swami Mirza Kak ji trust , Veer ji Pandita , Smt shama ji Raina and scores of other community acivists and professionals

While welcoming the new entrants BJP UT president Ravinder Raina spoke about the legacy of displaced Kashmiri pandits community and termed them as ambassadors of Bharat Mata not only in India but all over the globe and spoke about the resilience of the KP community who despite all odds and Hardships inspired millions with their grit and determination . Raina further added that BJP is the only party which works for all sections of the society and Have always stood for the displaced community and will continue doing so in all eventualities . He urged all those who joined the party to reach to each household of Kashmiri pandit and share with them the unprecedented development agenda of Modi government and how it has changed the image of our country all over the globe with its pro poor pro farmer polices .

Former MLC and spokesperson Ajay Bharti spoke about the essence of the today’s historical joining of ace community activists and scores of professionals in party fold and assured all the party workers scores of displaced Community members who had gathered to be part of this event that BJP is the only party which stood by community and as today india is marching on becoming the global leader under the leadership of prime minister Narender Modi our community will also ensure that we contribute in the growth story by reaching out to every displaced community household .

On 04 May' 2022 at about 1730 hrs, tunnel checking exercise was carried out in between FDP No- 09/48 to FDP No-09/49, BP ref. 69-70 in the AOR of BOP Chak Faquira of 48 Bn BSF. During special tunnel checking exercise, at about 1645 hrs, a new freshly dug up tunnel has been detected near FDP No-09/48, BP Ref.69-70.

660 bottles of illicit liquor recovered by Police station Nagrota Jammu.
One Bootlegger arrested.*
Jammu: In an act of alertness and prompt action, dedicated police team of PS Nagrota recovered 660 bottles of illicit liquor.
A police party of PS Nagrota constituted by SDPO Nagrota Pardeep Kumar and led by SHO PS Nagrota Inspr Vishav Pratap Singh* while on naka duty at Toll Post Nagrota area rounded up one suspect in a vehicle bearing Registration No JK02CJ 1514. During search, 660 bottles of illicit liquor of 250 ml each of JK Special Whiskey were recovered from him.
On this, a case FIR No. 114/2022 U/S 48(a) Excise Act was taken by PS Nagrota and accused got arrested.
The accused arrested was identified as Sonu Kumar S/O Fanka Ram R/O W. No 20 Sangroor Tehsil and Distt Udhampur.

Further investigation of the case is going on.

Under the insightful directions of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey, Executive Chairman, JKLSA and radiant guidance and Supervision of Mr. R.N. Watal, Chairman DLSA Reasi (Pr. District & Sessions Judge Reasi) District Legal Services Authority Reasi today i.e. on 12-03-2022 organized National Lok Adalat in District Reasi. Five Benches for settling the referred cases were constituted in which Bench No.1 was comprising of Mr. R.N. Watal Pr. District & Sessions Judge Reasi, Ms. Rekha Kapoor Nischal, Secretary District Legal Services Authority, Reasi and Advocate Sh. K.K. Dubey, District Bar Association, Reasi; Bench No.2 was comprising of Ms. Sudesh Sharma, Chief Judicial Magistrate (Sub-Judge), Reasi, Miss Arti Devi, Munsiff Reasi and, Advocate Sh. Pawan Khajuria, President Bar Association Reasi; Bench No. 3 was comprising of Sh. Manoj Kumar Parihar, Sub-Judge, Reasi, Sh. Sandeep Sen, Munsiff, Reasi and Advocate Sh. Akhil Prashar, President Bar Association, Katra; Bench no.4 was comprising of Sh. Mahavir Singh, Munsiff Mahore, Abdul Gani Bhatt, President Bar Association, Mahore and Advocate Sh. S.S. Sahni, Tehsil Mahore and Bench no 5 was comprising of Ms Priyanka Mahajan, Addl. Special Mobile Magistrate Reasi and Ms Rashi Baru, Advocate Bar Association Reasi. The matters placed before the Benches included Civil, Criminal Compoundable, Cheque Bounce, Recovery matters, MACT, Matrimonial, Public Utility Services and Prelitigation matters and also Traffic Challans. A total number of 3141 cases were taken up for their amicable settlement out of which 2595 cases were settled and an amount of 713421 was realized as settlement amount.
