Meeting of J&K Bank Employees Held at Rajinder Park, Jammu
A meeting of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Employees Association was convened at Rajinder Park, Jammu, on Saturday 25th Oct 2025 with the objective of constituting an Adhoc Body to conduct fresh elections for the Association.
The gathering witnessed active participation from members representing various branches and departments of the Bank. After detailed discussions and with the consensus of all members present, it was unanimously decided to form an Adhoc Committee to oversee the election process and manage the affairs of the Association until the new executive body is formally elected.
The following members were unanimously elected to the Adhoc Committee:
1. Shabbir Hussain – President
2. Shashi Paul – Senior Vice President
3. Pankil Kapoor – Vice President
4. Susheel Verma – General Secretary
5. Rajeev Talwar – Secretary
6. Pankaj Kumar – Organising Secretary
7. Puran Chand – Secretary
8. Gurvinder Pal Singh – Secretary
9. Krishan Kumar – Treasurer
In addition to the above, four posts have been reserved for representation from District Doda, Kathua, Rajouri, and Udhampur, ensuring inclusive participation from all regions.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to all members for their cooperation and commitment towards strengthening the Association and promoting unity among J&K Bank employees
