Set in pre- and post-war Lviv and Wrocław(Poland), Edward Popielski (Marcin Dorocinski) is a detective inspector of extraordinary intellect and physical strength tormented by visions caused by epilepsy attacks, which he uses to his advantage in investigations. He works as an officer of the law but operates outside of it. Just like the Erinyes (Greek goddesses of vengeance), Popielski has no mercy in the brutal criminal world he lives in.
'Erinyes' is a retrospective crime series that also pictures the Borderlands and post-war Poland, showcasing the vibrant, multicultural, and beautiful lands that disappeared behind the eastern border.

Popular TVP Crime dramas, 'Erinyes' and 'Crusade', original series produced for TVP's VOD platform, will now be distributed globally by GoQuest Media.
Starring Marcin Dorocinski (Queen's Gambit, Vikings: Valhalla and the upcoming Mission: Impossible-Dead Reckoning series) in the lead role, 'Erinyes', set in pre-post-WWII Poland, follows a detective on a personal mission appointed by the goddesses of vengeance to seek justice for the victims of brutal crimes in the city of Lviv. The brilliant ensemble cast of 'Crusade' carry through an edgy police procedural packed with suspense, action and romance, creating an immensely binge-able experience for the viewers.
