Designation (Inside Sales): Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager
*Job Location:* Koramangala (Bangalore)
*Job Profile (Individual Contributor Role):* Making outbound sales calls to students or working professionals (database to be provided by the organization) who have completed their *Graduation / Post Graduation* and providing them complete information about the *US (CPA / CMA) Or IIM (Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Financial Analytics, HR Analytics, Product Analytics) Or IIT (AI in Banking) courses* available with Miles Education and solving their queries with counselling & taking them through the enrollment process for any of the course certification (as per requirement of the candidate).

1. We are *Working from Office - koramangala (Bangalore)* to avoid any work related issues arising due to Technical, Internet & Mobile Network.

2. In case you are taking *working from home* due to area lockdown situation by the government during the Pandemic (to be authorized only by the reporting manager) *high speed Internet (Wi-Fi / Broadband / Data-Card / Hotspot) connection* will be required for smooth functioning from location of stay.
*Work Timing:* 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Wednesday to Monday) and Tuesday (Weekoff)

One of the reasons people fear public speaking or business communication is because they feel they are not enough. They look for perfection. But, let me spill the beans. Perfection is illusion. We just need to endeavour for excellence!

I love this analogy!
You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.
Why did you spill the coffee?
"Because someone bumped into me!!!"
Wrong answer.
You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.
So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"
When life gets tough, what spills over?
Joy, gratefulness, peace and humility?
Anger, bitterness, harsh words and reactions?
Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.
Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation; and kindness, gentleness and love for others.
