Parichay Animation Studio is a leading animation studio based in Guwahati, specializing in creating captivating animated content that resonates with audiences of all ages. We focus on delivering high-quality animations that tell unique and impactful stories.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Intern to join our team for a 3 or 6-month internship. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about animation and eager to gain hands-on experience in business development within the creative industry.

Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to grow our client base and expand market reach.
Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and pitches for prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns to attract new clients.
Manage and update the client database and track outreach efforts.
Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners.
Attend industry events, meetings, and networking sessions to promote the studio.
Provide administrative support as needed to the business development team.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Passion for animation, filmmaking, entertainment and the creative industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of market research and business development principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As we mark our 4th Anniversary, we reflect on the incredible journey of Parichay Animation Studio, led by the visionary Ankit Dey (CEO, MD), the artistic brilliance of Dipsikha Deka (Creative Director), the production prowess of Ankit Rohila (Head of Production), the meticulous planning of Anil Rajbhar (Production Manager), the creative genius of Birju Gwra Basumatary (Assets Head), and the animation magic of (Animation Head).

In these four years, we've weathered storms, embraced challenges, and soared to new heights. The struggles have been real, but so has the triumph. Our team, a resilient family, stood strong in the face of adversity, and together, we are overcoming hurdles to inch closer to the skies.

A special mention to our producer, Mr. Anup Dey, whose strategic and financial support has been the backbone of our studio. His belief in our vision has propelled us forward, and we are eternally grateful for his unwavering commitment.

A significant milestone for us has been the birth of our own IP, "Paanilok" – India's first underwater animation movie. This wouldn't have been possible without the dedication and hard work of each team member.
