Konsakhul/konsaram village authority stated that they had no prior knowledge about the so called,"AGREEMENT" signed between UNC and SAHILCA ON 2 JUNE,2025.

UNC should atleast asked/informed the konsaram about this matter as the case is related to them.

United Naga council(UNC) how can you signed and agreement without the knowledge of the stakeholders/victims? Is UNC still worthy to be called an apex body of Manipur Nagas?

Yours(UNC) credibility is questionable by the common people of Nagas especially the Liangmai(konsaram).

A scuffle erupted between Protesters and police in Senapati district headquarter during the 48 hours OFFICE PICKETING called by ANSAM in all Nagas hill districts, opposing the construction of fencing along the imaginary Indo-Myanmar border and scrapping of Free movement regime .
The scuffle broke out following the non-compliance of SP with office picketing resulting into heated argument and an angry protestor damaged the vehicle of Superintendent of police(SP), SENAPATI.
The protest in Senapati was spearheaded by Senapati District Students Association(SDSA) and its federal units - Paomai Naga student's union, Mao student's union,Maram students' union, Thangal students' union and Zeliangrong students' union, senapati.

Closure of JNIMS Hospital until furthe notice.

In view of the severe flooding caused by incessant rainfall and its adverse impact on the JNIMS campus,JNIMS Hospital shall remain closed temporarily until further notice.

This decision has been taken in the interest of the safety of patients, healthcare workers, and hospital infrastructure. Emergency services, patient admission, and all non-essential medical services shall remain suspended during this period.
The public is requested to co-operate and avoid visiting the hospital premises until restoration of normalcy. Updates regarding reopening and resumption of services will be issued as per assessment and improvement of conditions.

The indefinite protest called by COPIPAL started from this Morning 5:00 AM .
Any untoward action occurs from this point of time shall be held responsible by three kuki village chiefs : 1.Chief of Munlei 2.Chief of L. Phaijang 3.Chief of Haraothel.

The protest is an part of an action to safeguard the Right, identity and security of the Naga indigenous people.
