Your best-performing ad from 60–90 days ago is still your biggest growth lever today.

Step 1: Revisit your old winners

Pick the ad that gave you the best ROAS in the last 90 days.

Now ask yourself these 5 questions:

1. Who is this ad speaking to?

2. What pain are they in right now?

3. What’s stopping them from buying?

4. What have they already tried (and failed)?

5. Where do they want to be?

If anything is missing → add it in.
