• 2 मीडियम साइज उबले आलू
• 1 मीडियम साइज प्याज (बारीक कटा हुआ)
• 1 मीडियम साइज टमाटर (बारीक कटा हुआ)
• 1–2 हरी मिर्च (बारीक कटी हुई)

झटपट मसाला के लिए:
• 1 tbsp सूखा धनिया
• ½ tsp काली मिर्च
• 1 tsp जीरा
• 6–8 कड़ी पत्ता
• 1–2 सूखी लाल मिर्च

अन्य मसाले:
• ½ tsp काला नमक
• स्वादानुसार सफेद नमक
• 1 tsp चाट मसाला
