4 நாள் கெட்டுப்போகாத கத்திரிக்காய் குழம்பு ✨✨

Recipe:
Baby brinjal -8-10
Clean and cut into 4 equal parts
Marinate with salt, Turmeric powder -¼ tsp, Chilli powder -1 tsp
Let it rest for 30 mins

Masala paste
Onion -1
Tomato -1
Turmeric powder -¼ tsp
Chilli powder -1½ tsp
Coriander powder -½ tsp
Fennel powder -¼ tsp
Cumin powder -¼ tsp
Grind it to smooth paste

To a kadai add Gingelly oil
Fry the marinated brinjals softly
To the same oil add
Mustard
Fenugreek -¼ tsp
Dry red chilli
Curry leaves
Masala paste
Cook until raw smell fades
Salt
Tamarind water
Fried brinjal
Cook until gravy thickens and oil separates

Serve with hot rice. Taste goods when it sits for the next two days. Taste even more with fermented rice ✨✨
