𝗡𝗮𝗯𝗯𝗲𝗱 (𝟬𝟰) 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲 (𝗜𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲) 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗩𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁. 𝗦𝗲𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗦.𝟭,𝟬𝟭,𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬/-
On credible information the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, Central Zone Team along with staff of Abids PS conducted simultaneous raids at cell phone duplicate accessories of Apple Brand sales shops at Jagadishmarket under the limits of Abids PS and apprehended (04) accused persons by name 1)Vikram Singh 2)Suresh Kumar Rajpurohit, 3)Natharam Choudary & 4)Mohammad Sarfaraz. They are selling duplicate Mobile accessories of APPLE brand by printing and affixing Apple Logos & images on the packing box by violating Copy Right Act in cheating manner selling it to customers by saying as Apple company genuine products and earning easy profits illegally.
𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1) Vikram Singh S/o Bhabuth Singh, Age:- 30yrs, R/o. Gowliguda(Proprietor of Shree Mataji Mobiles)
2) Suresh Kumar Rajpurohit S/o:- Jabraramji, Age:- 25yrs, R/o Gowliguda, (Proprietor of R.G Mobiles)
3) Natharam Choudary S/o Obaram, Age:- 25yrs, R/o.Sultan Bazar (Proprietor of Rajaram Mobiles)
4) Mohammad Sarfaraz S/o AftabAlam, Age:- 24yrs, R/o. Gowlipura, (Proprietor of Sapna mobiles)
𝗦𝗲𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 (𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱) 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝘀. 𝟭,𝟬𝟭,𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬/- ( 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗵 𝗿𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗲𝘀)
1) Ear pods : 156 pieces,
2) Apple Power Banks : 16 pieces,
3) Apple Logo Sticker : 430 pieces,
4) Adapter &Adapter Cover With Logo : 295 pieces,
5) USB Cable : 61 pieces,
6) Batteries : 45 pieces,
7) Back Glass : 95 pieces,
8) Silicon Back Covers: 1430 Pieces,
𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲:-
Accused persons 1)Vikram Singh 2)Suresh Kumar Rajpurohit 3)Natharam Choudary 4)Mohammad Sarfaraz are running Mobile phones & cell phone accessories sales business at Jagadish Market, Abids limits. To gain easy profits illegally they are knowingly purchasing Duplicate (Apple brand) Mobile accessories from marketing agents which have duplicate Apple Logos & images printed on them by violating Copy Right Act and packing the duplicate products in these apple logo printed packs to cheat the people as genuine apple Iphone products. Preliminary inquiries revealed that the shop owners are procuring the fake/duplicate accessory items from Mumbai through marketing agents.
On 25-05-2025 on credible information Task Force Central Zone team and staff of Abids PS raided above premises and apprehended (04) accused persons and seized fake/duplicate various Apple phone products.
The apprehended accused person along with seized material were handed over to SHO, Abids PS for further action.
The apprehension was made by Inspector of Police, Central Zone Task Force, Sub-Inspector and staff of Task Force Central Zone team & Staff of Abids PS, Hyderabad city
