अक्टूबर २००६ , को आवाज़ ने अपना पहला मासिक समाचार पत्र प्रस्तुत किया | आवाज़ पिछले 14 वर्षों से कैम्पस सम्बन्धी ताज़ा समाचार तथा सामयिक विषयों पे समीक्षा प्रस्तुत करती रही है | इन वर्षों में कैम्पस में काफी कुछ बदला है और राजभाषा हिंदी के माध्यम से 'आवाज़' आपसे अनवरत जुड़ी रही |


कैम्पस से जुड़ी घटनाओं पे निष्पक्ष राय सहित विधिवत विश्लेषण हमारी खूबी रही है | 'पंजी डूड ' आर. के. लक्ष्मण के 'कामन

मैन' की तरह एक मुहावरा बन चुका है | 'भाट' ,'इनसे क्या कहें' तथा एक पहलु ऐसा भी' हमारे प्रचलित स्तम्भ हैं जिनका जनता को बेसब्री से इंतज़ार रहता है | आवाज़ के 'पहल' नाम के स्तम्भ से आई आई टी खड़गपुर में कई क्रन्तिकारी बदलाव आये जिनमे मुख्यतः छात्रावासों की नियमित साफ़ सफाई , कैम्पस के आस पास के इलाकों में छात्रों द्वारा शिक्षा सेवा आदि हैं | विश्वसनीयता ने लोकप्रियता का रास्ता अपने आप खोल दिया और 'आवाज़ ' कैम्पस में आपके लिए समाचार का शुलभ माध्यम बन गया।

ताज़ातरीन सामग्री तत्काल उपलब्ध कराने के लिए हमारी टीम साल के 365 दिन काम करती है| कैम्पस ही नहीं, इससे जुड़े विश्व के लगभग हर कोने से खबर ढूंढ कर हमारे पत्रकार आप तक समाचार पहुंचाने के लिए तैनात रहते हैं | २००६ में टीम का गठन होने के बाद आवाज़ ने कई उतार चढाव देखें हैं और अब आवाज़ सुगठित होकर कैम्पस में नियमित समाचार का जरिया है | आवाज़ अपनी विशिष्ट भाषा शैली और निष्पक्षता के लिए हमेशा से जानी जाती रही है | शिक्षा से लेकर प्रबंधन तक हर विषय पर हमारे विशिष्ट लेख पत्रकारिता को दिशा देते रहे हैं | धन्यवाद

On a warm August morning in 1951, the gates of the Old Hijli Detention Camp opened, not to free inmates, but to free a vision. What once held voices of struggle now gave wings to dreams. From those walls of sacrifice, IIT Kharagpur, India’s first IIT, was born with the promise of a nation ready to lead, innovate, and build.

The journey began with just 224 students and 42 teachers. Today, 75 years later, IIT KGP stands tall as a global institution, an engine of ideas, innovation, and leadership. KGPians have carried its spirit far beyond the campus gates, building technologies, shaping industries, reforming laws, driving businesses, and pushing the frontiers of research.

Every corner of this campus tells a story, classrooms where ideas were sparked, hallways walked by countless dreamers, hostels where lifelong friendships were forged, and quiet spaces where the impossible was imagined. Together, they form the heartbeat of KGP.

As we celebrate our Platinum Jubilee, we honor the teachers, students, and visionaries who built this legacy. Every brick here stands for resilience, curiosity, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. And this milestone is not just about looking back, it is about stepping forward with bigger dreams and greater determination.

कोई चोर भी है, राजा भी है, नटखट भी है, उपदेशक भी है,
वो रासलीला भी कर सकते है और युद्ध भी।

हाँ, आप सही सोच रहे हैं - ये स्वयं श्रीकृष्ण ही हैं, जिन्होंने धरती पर न केवल पापियों का संहार किया, बल्कि हमें जीवन के मार्ग पर स्वयं चलकर दिखाया और गीता के उपदेश से मानवता को धन्य कर दिया।

प्रभु का जन्म भाद्रपद मास के कृष्ण पक्ष की अष्टमी को, मध्यरात्रि में, माता देवकी के गर्भ से हुआ। कहा जाता है कि उनके पिता वासुदेव जी ने, कंस के भय से, रात्रि में ही बालक कृष्ण को यशोदा के यहाँ पहुँचा दिया, जहाँ उनका लालन-पालन हुआ। बाल काल से ही कृष्ण सबके प्रिय थे और गोकुल में घर - घर से माखन चुरा कर खाते थे। तभी तो लोग उन्हें माखनचोर और मनमोहन भी बुलाते है। उन्होंने कंश और कई आततायियों का वध करके संतों को भयमुक्त किया।

आज, 15 अगस्त 2025 को हम स्वतंत्रता संग्राम की 79वीं वर्षगांठ मना रहे हैं, जो भारतीय इतिहास के एक स्वर्णिम अध्याय का प्रतीक है। यह दिन हमें उस महान संघर्ष की याद दिलाता है, जिसमें हमारे देश के स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों ने अपनी जान की बाज़ी लगाकर ब्रिटिश साम्राज्य से मुक्ति प्राप्त की थी।
15 अगस्त 1947 को जब भारत को स्वतंत्रता प्राप्त हुई, तो यह दिन हमारे लिए मात्र एक राष्ट्रीय उत्सव नहीं था, बल्कि यह स्वतंत्रता के लिए किए गए अनगिनत बलिदानों का प्रतीक बन गया। भारत ने 200 वर्षों तक अंग्रेजों के खिलाफ लगातार संघर्ष किया, जिसमें न केवल शारीरिक बलिदान, बल्कि मानसिक और आत्मिक संघर्ष भी शामिल था। इस संघर्ष ने यह सिद्ध कर दिया कि कोई भी दमन, कोई भी शक्ति, भारतीय जनता की स्वतंत्रता की आकांक्षा को दबा नहीं सकती।
आज भारत की स्थिति पूरी दुनिया में एक मजबूत और प्रभावशाली राष्ट्र के रूप में स्थापित हो चुकी है। विज्ञान, प्रौद्योगिकी, शिक्षा, और उद्योग में भारत ने शानदार प्रगति की है। हालांकि, हमें यह भी याद रखना चाहिए कि स्वतंत्रता केवल बाहरी शोषण से मुक्ति नहीं थी, बल्कि यह एक नई सोच, समता, और सामाजिक न्याय की स्थापना के लिए थी। हमें अपने देश की विविधता को सम्मानित करते हुए, हर नागरिक को समान अधिकार देने की दिशा में निरंतर प्रयासरत रहना चाहिए। इस स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर, यह याद दिलाना भी जरूरी है कि आज़ादी केवल एक राजनीतिक उपलब्धि नहीं, बल्कि एक सतत प्रक्रिया है जिसमें हर नागरिक को अपने देश की उन्नति के लिए योगदान देना होगा। एकता, समर्पण और मेहनत से ही भारत वह स्थान प्राप्त कर सकेगा जिसकी वह हकदार है।

सावन की रिमझिम फुहार है, रक्षाबंधन का त्योहार है,
भाई बहन की मीठी सी तकरार है,
ऐसा यह प्यार और खुशियों का त्योहार है।

एक नाज़ुक-सी डोर जो रिश्तों में प्यार, भरोसा और अपनापन पिरो देती है।
श्रावण मास की पूर्णिमा का यह दिन हमें याद दिलाता है कि भागदौड़ भरी ज़िंदगी में भी अपने रिश्तों को थामे रखना सबसे ज़रूरी है।

थोड़ी नोकझोंक, ढेर सारी हंसी, कभी रूठना तो कभी मनाना—इन्हीं पलों के बीच बहन की राखी भाई की कलाई पर सजती है। और उसके साथ आता है सुरक्षा का वादा।

ये कहानी है TIKKA की! कहने को तो ये अल्पाहार केंद्र है पर यहां तो आहार ही आहार है। Old TIKKA के दुकानों के साथ अब तो KFC, Domino’s, Calcutta 64 भी जुड़ चुके हैं जो नालंदा आते-जाते छात्रों को स्वादिष्ट व्यंजनों की बेहतरीन खुशबू से आकर्षित करते हैं। और हाँ अगर कभी CDC के झमेलो में फंस कर समय न मिले तो, Zomato Swiggy भी है जो एक क्लिक पर TIKKA की हर चीज़ आप तक पहुँचाते है।
