Kaafi dino baad hitchhiking ka maza liya, aur is baar toh katai maje aa gaye! 🌿🚶‍♂️ Random log, random rides, aur har turn pe ek naya adventure. Tikal pahunch ke laga, pura safar hi manzil tha. Yeh purane Mayan ruins aur jungle ke beech ka vibe alag hi level ka tha. Kabhi kabhi asli maza raaste me hota hai, aur is safar ne wahi dikhaya. Epic journey, epic memories!

📍Negara Brunei Darussalam.

Have you ever heard of Brunei? It’s a tiny nation on the island of Borneo in South East Asia and third largest oil producer in SE Asia. Oil and gas accounts for over 90% of the total exports. The country is dotted with beautiful mosque, and Brunei is also known for its highest GDP per capital and is the 13th richest country in the world.

I had been looking forward to explore this nation given the fact that Brunei is not often on the list of the touristic places that you would want to travel. However, I was denied entry (first attempt and it’s a whole different story). But the second attempt was successful although I had to travel all the way to Kuching (a town in Malaysia) and apply for the visa again. Not complaining, but I m glad I didn’t give up after the first failed entry.

I don’t know how I should explain my feelings about this nation because I honestly don’t have the correct words. It’s slow, it’s beautiful, it’s authentic, and you definitely feel like you have reached other part of the world. The people are amazing, and almost everyone I met could converse in English and they made me feel welcomed. At the end of the day, people and the memories matters more than other experiences.

Anyway, here is a picture of me in this beautiful nation of Brunei.
