The new A6 is all new, and starts at ₹54.2 lac. 245hp/370Nm 2.0-litre petrol BS6 motor (no diesel for now). Exterior is a bit of a mixed bag, but interior is pretty funky. Everything is canter toward the driver ala BMW, nice textures and a futuristic vibe. Two screens like the Land Rovers and a 7-speed gearbox. We'll drive it soon.

The Bu... er... Imperiale 400 is here for ₹1.69 lac. 374cc air-cooled single, 21ps/29Nm, 41mm fork, disc brakes, dual-channel ABS. At 205kg, it sounds heavy. We'll know more in a couple of days when we ride it.

A fun, chill day at Pench with the Kodiaq Scout. A nice package made a bit more capable with an added off-road mode, while skipping the virtual cockpit and 360 cameras. I'll take it, especially with the Alcantara interior.

We think Bajaj naming their new electric scooter 'Chetak' is genius. In a sea of corner-store EV brands, hamara Bajaj brings some credibility to the table, and the storied name will certainly help. Specs are unremarkable: 4kw, upto 95km range, 5hr charge, no fast charge, some sort of gearbox, CBS, a digital display and connected features as is obligatory these days. Would this work for you?

The new G 350 d is available starting at ₹1.5cr. 286hp/600Nm 3.0l diesel motor, hand-made and customised config for customers. Slick new gen interior and that legendary off-road capability. Still rocking the body-on-frame chassis too. Much want. @ Famous Studio Mahalaxmi Mumbai

Not to be outdone, launched the new Kwid with a new face, upholstery, wheels and trim bits. Starts at just ₹2.83 lac. It actually looks nice. Available with 800cc and 1000cc motors, and a dial-operated automated manual transmission. Like a Jag, but at the cost of a wheel.

The new SPresso has launched starting at ₹3.69 lac and going upto ₹4.91 lac, ex-showroom. 1.0l 67hp/90Nm petrol BS6 motor, manual or AGS transmission, smartphone connectivity, and an er... Unique visage. We're driving this over the weekend. Stay tuned.

The new Kodiaq Scout is now available at ₹34 lac. The middle of the range, this, but gets Alcantara upholstery, chrome and silver trim bits, wood veneer on the dash, new wheels and an exclusive off-road driving mode. Same nice 2.0 TDI 150PS/340Nm motor and 7-speed DSG gearbox as before. My pick if I were looking at this model. @ Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai
