Yesterday , they were shouting that Doda was buried under garbage and demanding immediate action. Today, when the garbage has been cleared, the same people are attacking the very effort they once demanded. This is not concern for the public—this is pure political hypocrisy.
If your concern is really for the sanitation workers, then stand up for their rights. Ask why they are still not permanent employees. Ask why they continue to work under difficult conditions without the security and benefits they deserve. That is a real issue worth fighting for.
The truth is simple: some people are uncomfortable whenever results are delivered because it exposes years of neglect and empty promises. They are more interested in finding faults than finding solutions.
The people of Doda deserve better than this politics of negativity. They deserve leaders who focus on solving problems, improving public services, and working for the welfare of ordinary citizens.
Don’t cry about garbage when it’s there, and cry even louder when it’s gone.
The people can see through this double standard.
Let’s debate development, governance, and public welfare—not indulge in petty political games.
