അരികിലുണ്ട് എന്‍.എസ്.എസ്.- കാലവര്‍ഷക്കെടുതിയില്‍ പ്രയാസമനുഭവിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് സഹായമേകാന്‍ തൃക്കാക്കര കെ.എം.എം. കോളേജ് എന്‍.എസ്.എസ്. യൂണിറ്റിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ ഹെല്‍പ്പ് ഡെസ്‌ക് പ്രവര്‍ത്തനം തുടങ്ങി

ശക്തമായ മഴയും കാലാവസ്ഥ വ്യതിയാനവും മൂലം നിരവധി കുടുംബങ്ങള്‍ വലിയ ദുരിതമാണ് അനുഭവിക്കുന്നത്. നാമിപ്പോള്‍ നമ്മുടെ വീടുകളില്‍ സുരക്ഷിതരായി കഴിയുമ്പോള്‍, പലര്‍ക്കും സ്വന്തം വീട് പോലും നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് ദുരിതാശ്വാസ ക്യാമ്പുകളിലാണ് കഴിയേണ്ടി വരുന്നത്. അവര്‍ക്ക് ഈ പ്രയാസഘട്ടം അതിജീവിക്കാന്‍ നമ്മുടെ ചെറിയൊരു സഹായം പോലും വലിയ ആശ്വാസമായേക്കാം.

ഹെല്‍പ്പ് ഡെസ്‌കിന്റെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി നമ്മുടെ കോളേജിലെ NSS യൂണിറ്റിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ ധനസമാഹരണവും കളക്ഷനും സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. എല്ലാവരും തങ്ങളുടെ കഴിവിനനുസരിച്ച് ഈ സത്കര്‍മ്മത്തില്‍ പങ്കാളികളാകണമെന്ന് സ്‌നേഹപൂര്‍വ്വം അഭ്യര്‍ത്ഥിക്കുന്നു.
